Entrie Rules
The festival is open to all work that first appeared in media between October 15 2010 and February 2 2010. Entries may be submitted by advertisers, ad agency or production company. A separate entry form, in duplicate, must accompany each piece submitted as a single entry, as well as each campaign entry. Ads in a language other than spanish or english must include printed translation, subtitles, synopsis or spanish voice-over. Single ads must be entered in no more than one category. Technical Requirements 1TV entries must be submitted on DVD or 3/4 U-Matic NTSC with 30s of blank leader at the start of the tape.European and Asian Entries may be submitted in DVD (universal region) or 3/4 U-Matic PAL videocassette. 2Print ads must include a full-color reproduction (60x40cm) and a CD containing jpg digital file at 350dpi resolution. 3 .-Radio must be submitted in a CD as a mp3 file (not compresed). Campaigns Each individual media campaign must include at least three diferent ads per medium. Entries for the Campaign of Campaigns competition must include ads in at least three diferent media Please Note The submission of false entry information and/or entries that not conform to the rules of this festival will result in disqualification and entry fees will not be returned. Any material will be returned and may be published, duplicated or disposed by the festival satff. Judges Enries will be judged by an international panel of advertisers, agency or media executives. All decisions of the judges are final. Other Foreign Entries Entry material, accompanied by full payment (click here) should be sent via courier service to our Mexico City adress and must be received along all transportation fees prepaid by entrant. Labeling Your Entries Entries will only be accepted if they are clearly marked with the following information: Company Name. Title of Entry. Product/Service/Brand Name. Category. Country. Credits. The Eagle Awards Presentation The 2010 Eagle Awards will culminate in an award ceremony in Mexico City , Camino Real Hotel 28th,29th September, 2011
